I think I will do this… in my private diary.

But there’s something about doing an activity like this that I encourage people to explore. We take our relationships for granted. We hardly think of them. And then your SPEAR counselor has you do an eco map (http://www.steps-umms.org/uploadedFiles/Whatisanecomap.pdf). And then you realize the relationships that you wish were better and the relationships you wish you had. You realize the one-sided relationships where you should give a little more or the other way around. So do an eco map or do this challenge. or just think about the people who matter in your lives.
